Kronen model KG201 bench vegetable cutter is a machine completely built in high thickness stainless steel with invisible welds, both the motor block and the loading hopper.

The guided hopper can be completely disassembled (even the presser with lever system) to simplify cleaning operations, remove any possible residue and, where available, be able to wash it directly in the dishwasher without any limitation, not fearing the chemical detergents used here in washing.
The hopper is equipped with two feeders: the first is very large being a cylinder with a diameter of 171 mm for the most voluminous vegetables, in which a separator is placed to facilitate the stop of the food during the cutting phases.
The second instead of cylindrical shape (Ø 58mm.) Is contained inside the main cylinder, complete with pestle, it is ideal for cutting long and fragile vegetables.

Asynchronous motor of great power is ideal for slicing, grating, cutting into sticks, fries and cubes from 3 to 20 mm.

The restarting of the machine during work is automatic thanks to the microswitch placed on the presser.
